A team obtains a password for a sector by completing a puzzle or challenge. They then contact the Espionage operator from any phone kiosk within that sector.

The first team to contact the operator with the correct password will take that sector.

The operator will update an online map system, which informs the teams of who has taken which part of the city.

Each of the teams will be able to access the online map using the latest handheld technology.
